villa malpica

Villa Malpica is a single-family residence inspired by tropical brutalist architecture, combining sculptural concrete forms with warm natural materials and lush landscaping. The design seeks to create a strong connection between the residence, nature, and its surrounding environment, while maintaining a distinctive architectural presence that allows the home to stand out within the landscape.
